• Peter I.Tchaikovsky: Concerto for Piano No.1 in B flat minor, op.23
• Sergei Rachmaninoff: Symphonic Dances, op.45

The 4th season closes with the Russian composer Rachmaninoff’s Symphonic Dances, an orchestral suite in three movements that represent the composer’s late style with its curious, shifting harmonies and focus on individual instrumental tone colors throughout. Join together with the TPO is the German pianist on one of the best known piano concerto by Tchaikovsky.
