Congratulations to All Music Winners of the 14th Settrade Youth Music Competition 2010

College of Music, Mahidol Uniersity and The Stock Exchange of Thailand hosted the “14th Settrade Youth Music Competition 2010” on January 23, 2011 at the Music Auditorium, College of Music, Mahidol University (Salaya Campus). The competition opened for primary students up to undergraduates who were not over 25 years old and play any kind of music, any kind of acoustic music instruments, or singing. The award was a total value of 600,000-baht scholarship and 1-year scholarship at College of Music, Mahidol University. The winners of each three first categories received The Gold Prize and a 20,000-baht scholarship: Primary category-Alto Saxophonist Chaichon Wongkham and Vocalist Nannapat Adtagrid, Secondary category-Kim player Vitoon Neamnak, and Higher Secondary category-Big Gong player Nativit Khongmekhun. The winners of Undergraduate category went to Soprano Sassaya Chavalit and big Gong player RatchanonYimrayab, who received The Gold Medal and a 30,000-baht scholarship. The competition was judged by Clin Prof. Emeritus Dr. Varavudh Sumawong, Khunying Patama Leesawadtrakul, Colonel Choochart Pitaksakorn, Mr. Naovarat Pongpaiboon, Mr. Pratak Faisupagarn, Dr. Winai Panturak, Prof. Dr. Woraphat Tothanakasem,
Mr. Niwat Kongpien, Mr. Takerng Somsup, Dr. Suchart Vongthong, Mr. Suwit Sasanapichit, Mr. Anant Lerpradit, Mr. Borwornpong Supasopon, Capt. Pasakorn Suwanaphan, and Major Prateep Suphanrojn.
